Roof Installation Process
Plan
This is when we determine how much roofing material we need and other equipment necessary for installation. If we replace an old roof, we remove the old roof and inspect underneath to determine if any structural damage requires repair.
Install
This step includes installing the drip edge, underlayment, felt paper, shingles, and flashing. We also waterproof the roof valleys, cap the ridge, and seal all exposed nails. After the installation, we clean the site, removing all debris, nails, and shingle pieces. That ensures we protect our clients and contractors from injuries and leave the client's home in the best shape.
Warranty
We offer maintenance services after installation to keep the roof in the best condition. We also provide a warranty for labor and materials after installation. The warranty period depends on the type of roof we install and whether it is a new roof installation or a replacement.
